Dog Licenses Requirement
   

Dog licenses are required of ALL dogs over the age of 6 months inside the city limits.  
Proof of current rabies is required to get a license. 

The City allows 2 dogs per household. 

Licenses need to be RENEWED by April 30th of each year.

Late fee of $15 per dog applies after April 30th. 

Dog License Fees

• $10.00 for spayed or neutered dog
• $15.00 for gendered dogs

The tag from the City will have the dog's name and a phone number in case the dog is lost.

Failure to license will result in an ordinance violation of $50.00 and any other fees associated with the dog.
