Building Permit

Building Permit forms can be downloaded here, picked up at City Hall, or request one be mailed to you.  

Building Permits are based on the cost of the project plus a surcharge fee.

Re-roofs, re-sides, replacement windows, furnace/AC, plumping repairs, demo, and fireplaces are $75.00 plus the $1.00.
