AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
REPEALING
ORDINANCES ENACTED PRIOR TO THE 1ST DAY OF JULY, 1952.
(ACCORDING TO ATTORNEY THIS ORDINANCE MUST HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED ON
JULY 6, 1952.)
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROYAL TON ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
There is hereby established pursuant to M,S.A. 412.191(5) a Code of Ordinances
for the Village of Royalton, consisting of all ordinances, resolutions and
rules enacted and put in force in the village since the 1st day of July,
1952, to the date of enactment of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The ordinances in this code shall be numbered according to a decimal system and
all the ordinances, rules and resolutions shall be suitably indexed.
Ordinances, rules and resolutions hereafter enacted or adopted by this Council
will conform to such numbereing system and index.
SECTION 3. A substantial quantity of the codification shall be printed
in pamphlet or newspaper form for general distribution to the public and the
village cleric shall cause notice of the availability of such codification to
be published for a least two successive weeks,
SECTION L
All ordinances of
this village enacted prior to 1 July, 1952 are hereby repealed.
